14-day money-back guarantee

We want the Ready Guides to be genuinely useful in your home. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to ask for a full refund, even if you have already downloaded the files.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email assistenza@asselab.it within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include your order number and the email address you used to buy.
3. You do not need to give a reason.

We refund to the original payment method, normally within 5 working days of confirming your request. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

Digital content and your cancellation rights

Our products are digital content delivered by instant download. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory right to cancel digital content ends once the download starts with your express consent. Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies anyway: it is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them.

Faulty files

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file is damaged, incomplete or will not open, write to us and we will send a working copy straight away, or refund you if we cannot fix it.
